Adam.

I met this guy a couple days ago, when shopping with friends. He's sixteen, and absolutely amazing. His hair reminds me of a male Hayley Williams. (Older version- in respects of time, not age)

The only thing i don't like about him though is his annoying smoking habit. Everytime we left a shop we'd have to stop so he could light a fag. I'm asthmatic (so is he, and trust me i was just about ready to lecture him on the story of the asthmatic smoking dragon) so do not like going near smoke as it kinda stops me from breathing. Which isn't very pleasant (It's happened before. I thought i was going to die, so i made myself a cup of tea)

My dad also smokes, and like Adam and I also has asthma. Smoking...i understand that people are addicted to it, but the people around them find it gross. Plus smokers don't realise just how strongly they stink after a fag. It's literally eye-watering.

What made everything worse, is that these like ELEVEN year old kids came up to us, complimented us on our hair and then asked us  to buy  them  some fags.  I'm fifteen, so i wouldn't have been able to, but  Adam agreed to it.

I mean, these kids are eleven, how worrying is that? I'm the type of person who worries about these sorts of things a lot. I mean, do they even know what a cigarette is at this age? Or am i underestimating them just a tad there?

The youth of today.

I don't smoke. I don't plan on doing so. I don't plan on even TRYING one. I've said 'no' before and i'll carry on doing so. Peer pressure has never really existed to me.

In other news,

I bought a waistcoat.

Spring & Jeremy Kyle

It's finally here! And even though the season started with snow (!) it's finally starting to get nice, warm and sunny. I absolutely adore spring time in the countryside. Summer's even better. The place i live just looks so beautiful; Bright green grasses, completely clear blue skies, yellow fields and pink trees!

I just went for a walk in the woods behind my house. It leads to these acres of fields and i found this old fallen down tree that i used to visit ages ago, and decided to take a small nap on it whilst listening to my i-pod. Songs such as 'Do you know what i'm seeing?' and 'When the day met the night' are good songs to listen to at this point, i find.

My nap lasted about two seconds because i got a ladder in my tights, and there were these creepy crawley buggies everywhere, and this man walked past and i thought he might think i was strange and i was all paranoid about my snagged tights. Plus it wasn't very comfy. So in the end i just walked around the woods. It was good.

I got back just as my mum left. She's gone to meet with these Radio presenters (anyone who has the radio station called GMTV, listen out for my mum sometime...not sure when) and do a photoshoot for in-touch magazine (Buy it! Her name's Lorraine, so look out for her) and to talk with that chat show thingy host guy Jeremy Kyle. I was meant to go to, but i'm having one of those days where i don't feel like going anywhere fancy. It's my hair, it's being terribly annoying.

My friend Tania spent her art lesson painting the words 'We love Jeremy Kyle- sexy beast!' on a piece of A3 paper, so we could hold it up at his show. Sadly, i had to tell her we weren't going to his show.

So has anyone else who lives in England's school been affected by the teachers strike? I know some schools have been completely cancelled cos' of it. Ours wasn't. We just had to sit and watch Harry Potter in the hall for all the lessons we had with the teacher absent.
